Steps for pre-registration

Registration procedures

You are an ERASMUS/exchange student

Si vous êtes étudiant ERASMUS/ échange vous devez vous rendre directement dans votre faculté.​

You are a regular student

If you are a regular student, you must go to the Service des Inscriptions which is located on the 1st floor of the Halles universitaires building, n°1 place de l'Université.​

You need:

- 2 passport photos
- A copy of the accommodation contract
- A copy of the admission letter to UCLouvain
- A copy of the identity card or 
- passport (+ Visa for non 
- EU nationals)​
