Registration procedures

You are an ERASMUS/exchange student

Si vous êtes étudiant ERASMUS/ échange vous devez vous rendre directement dans votre faculté.​

You are a regular student

If you are a regular student, you must get activated your global Ucl account when you arrive (Les premiers pas à l'université | Université catholique de Louvain) and then go to the Service des Inscriptions which is located on the 1st floor of the Halles universitaires building, n°1 place de l'Université:

- to sign your admission letter

-and give a copy of your passport.
